What’s wrong with interior waterproofing?

Interior waterproofing doesn’t address the root cause of the leaks, and that’s the exterior pressure. Relieving the pressure from the outside involves applying a layer of tar over the current cracks. This prevent water from getting back into the wall and expanding the cracks that allow water into your basement.

Can Clark waterproof under decks and cement?

Yes! We’ll cut or break away only the space we need to waterproof. We’ll replace and repair any changes we make for our work. It’ll be as if we weren’t even there!

Do you install water management systems?

No, we don’t. Water management systems are invasive and don’t solve the problem. Your foundation walls will continue to crack and leak, you just won’t notice water coming into your basement.
