Licensed and Insured. Clark Basement Waterproofing was founded in 1956, and we’ve been providing affordable and high quality exterior waterproofing to local areas and the “Pointes” since then. “I’ve been a waterproofer for over 40 years. I’m proud of the work my company does and I’ll do everything I can to make sure you are too.”
What's wrong with interior waterproofing?
Interior waterproofing doesn’t address the root cause of the leaks, and that’s the exterior pressure. Relieving the pressure from the outside and putting a layor of tar over the current cracks prevent water from getting back into the wall and expanding the cracks that allow water into your basement.
Can Clark waterproof under decks and cement?
Yes! We’ll cut or break away only the space we need to waterproof. We’ll replace and repair any changes we make for our work!
Do you install water management systems?
No, we don’t. Water management systems don’t solve the problem. Your foundation walls will continue to crack and leak, you just won’t notice it. Not to mention, the work required for it in your basement will tear up your floors and drywall.
We have been in business for over 65 years. We do waterproofing the right way – from the exterior.
How much does Clark cost?
Clark doesn’t have a uniform pricing structure, because the work is almost never uniform. We evaluate the work that needs to be performed and give you a free estimate for services provided!
What are warning signs I should look for?
You’ll know when you need waterproofing if you see any of the following:
- Dry Rot
- Mold/Mildew Buildup
- Cracks in Foundation
- Water Seepage
- Rust on Metal Appliances and Fixtures
